  • Your property will be listed in MLXchange, Maine’s Multiple Listing System. MLXchange distributes listing information to over 4700 licensed agents in Maine.
  • REALTOR.com is the official site of the National Association of REALTORS.  The general public has access to this site and your property will be accessible to individuals searching this site. Over 75% of buyers start their home search online.  Home searches done on MSN.Com, Monstermoves.com, AOL.Com, WallStreetJournal.com, and Excite.com will all be taken to Realtor.com to view their search. 

 

  • All of my listings are displayed on www.lauriebrady.com, the    Brady & Associates Realty company website.  Access is free of charge to the general public.
  • An Email Flyer will be sent to all local real estate agents announcing the listing of your property.
  • We advertise a full-page ad in the Cumberland County Real Estate Book and occasionally in the York County Real Estate Book. This is a publication that is free to the public and on average 19,802 books are distributed every month to many local businesses including Shaw’s and Hannaford Supermarkets.  You may also view the Real Estate Book at www.TREB.com and www.AMS.com.
  • We advertise in the Portland Press Herald Home Source section of Friday’s paper.

 

  • We advertise in the Reporter, circulation 12,000.  Mailed weekly (Alfred, Limerick, Lyman, Newfield, Shapleigh, Buxton, Hollis, & Waterboro) if appropriate.
  • We advertise in The Monument newspaper when appropriate.  This is a free weekly newspaper distributed by mail to Gray and at outlets in Gray, New Gloucester, Cumberland, North Yarmouth, Raymond, and Windham.  Circulation is 6,000 copies. 

 

  • We provide a Customized, "For Sale" Yard Sign as well as Customized, "For Sale" Directional Signs.                  Note:  Over 59% of buyers learned about the home they purchased from a Realtor for sale sign

 

  • We provide a Lock Box for easy access and no-hassle showing.
  • We provide a Customized Property Book containing Disclosures, Deeds, Plot Plans, Water Tests, etc. which we leave at your property.

 

  • We use personalized, branded email to respond to listing inquiries.
  • We provide 24 hour voicemail service.
